Lemon Garlic Baked Cod Recipe


2 lb Alaska Cod Fillets
½ C sour cream
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp minced garlic
1 T freshly chopped parsley
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Optional: 1 T butter, melted
¼ C seasoned panko crumbs

  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. In a bowl stir together sour cream, zest, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture over the cod fillets. Place fillets on a baking sheet, lined with parchment paper.
  4. If panko topping is desired, stir together the panko and butter and press on the tops of fillets.
  5. Bake 425 for 10-12 minutes.
