Pressure Cooker Lasagna Soup Recipe

Pressure Cooker Lasagna Soup is a tasty meal that’s done in the fraction of the time as the traditional dish. Same great tastes, a family favorite!

Yield: 6-8 servings


1 lb ground pork sausage
1/2 cup onion, diced
1 24 oz jar spaghetti sauce
1 28 oz can diced tomatoes
6 cups chicken broth
1 bay leaf
3 T garlic, minced
2 t oregano
1 t thyme
1/2 t salt
1/2 t ground pepper
8 oz (1/2 box) Radiatore pasta
2 cups ricotta cheese
1 cup parmesan
1 cup mozzarella, shredded


  1. Turn Power Pressure Cooker on, spray with non-stick cooking spray. Press "BROWN" button (or saute if you have that button). Cook crumbled sausage thoroughly, drain fat. Add in: onion, spaghetti sauce, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, bay leaf, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper & pasta.
