Creamy Spinach and Mushroom Pasta Bake Recipe

Pasta with spinach and mushrooms sautéed in butter and garlic then baked in parmesan cream sauce.

Servings 4-6


12 oz pasta uncooked
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 small onion diced
1 pound mushrooms of choice thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic minced
3 cups baby spinach
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/2 cup vegetable broth or water
1 cup light cream or half and half
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan
1 cup mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves


  1. Pre-heat oven to 375F.
  2. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta according to package instructions; drain well. Set aside.
